The services to which the client has subscribed to implement the communication plan.

GKIS presents services at a specific price in the conditions. The price is fixed, firm, and not willing to change during the term of the contract unless otherwise specified; Any price, quantity, or sum stipulated in the contract is expressed in dollars.

The monthly price of The Global Key Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd services will be paid each month upfront/in advance by the client during the term of the contract, on the date indicated in the special conditions. The payment agreement is agreed with the client and The Global Key invoices are payable at the time of receipt.

To guarantee the protection and satisfaction of our clients, The Global Key Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd offers a money-back guarantee policy within 14 days from the first payment. GKIS is not responsible for returns requested after this period.

The refund request must be submitted only through our email at info@globalkeyinfosolution.com

If your request is approved, your money will be refunded within a maximum period of 5-7 business days.

The refund will be made only for the value of the service, any other type of expense outside the value of the contracted service, including the transaction fee of the payment method chosen by the client, are not refundable.

The contract is concluded for the period of the plan that the client has taken, which appears in the contract and has been agreed upon by both parties, either in months or years. The agreement enters into force and is final and irrevocable between The Global Key Info Solutions and the client, as of the date of the agreement.
